Return & Resizing Policy.

Rings:

• If you are unsure about your ring size, please contact us before purchasing, and a ring sizer will be sent to you.
• Our rings are custom-made to order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on these items. If you've purchased the wrong ring size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Reine offers FREE resizing for up to 1 size difference. For adjustments beyond this, a resizing fee of up to $150 may apply. Please note that resizing is available only once.

Custom Orders (Including Engraved):

• Our custom orders are made to order. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on these items.

Other Items:

• Free returns for other items within 14 days from delivery.
• Products must be in the original, unworn condition. Any products with scratches, damage, or signs of wear are not exchangeable or refundable.

If the product arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
